On September 17, 2025, the GSA’s Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories (PSHC) announced a new group of apparent contract awardees for the OASIS+ 8(a) contract on SAM.gov. Formal awards and Notices to Proceed (NTP) for this group of 8(a) rolling awards are planned for September 30, 2025.

On September 9, 2025 the GSA’s Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories (PSHC) announced a new group of apparent contract awardees for five OASIS+ contracts posted on SAM.gov. Domains and labor categories

Domains are functionally aligned groupings of related non-IT services. Each domain includes multiple, related North American Industry Classification System, or NAICS codes. Domains and NAICS codes help determine the scope of a contract.
